Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Sign up with your business email and phone number. You only add billing details if you decide to keep using Izzi Manager after the trial.
How does billing work?
You pay monthly in Cedis through Paystack. Card, bank transfer and Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) are accepted.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and you only pay the difference. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. You then have 30 days to export all your data to Excel or PDF.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and backed up every day. Izzi Manager follows Ghana's Data Protection Act (Act 843) and never sells or shares your data.
Can I manage more than one business?
Yes. One login can run several businesses. Each business is billed on its own.
