Refund Policy

Straight-up rules so you know what to expect.
Free trial
Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends, so no refunds needed for trial activity.
Within the first 7 days of paid subscription
If you decide the product isn't for you in the first 7 days after the trial ends, email billing@izzimanager.com with your account email and we'll refund the most recent charge in full.
After 7 days
We don't refund partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Plan downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No mid-cycle refund for the price difference.
Service outages
If we miss our uptime target for a calendar month, we credit your next invoice proportionally:
- Below 99.5% uptime — 10% credit
- Below 99% uptime — 25% credit
- Below 95% uptime — 50% credit
Disputes
Email billing@izzimanager.com — we respond within 2 business days. If we can't resolve, you can raise with Paystack dispute resolution.
