Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+
No. Start your 30-day trial with just an email. We only ask for billing details when you decide to keep using Izzi Manager after the trial.
How does billing work?+
Monthly subscription via Paystack. You can pay with card (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfer, or Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money). Invoices come from us with VAT included.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade any time — change is immediate, we prorate the difference. Downgrade kicks in at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?+
You can cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We give you 30 days after cancellation to export all your data — invoices, customers, books, payroll, everything — as Excel or PDF.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. All data lives in encrypted databases hosted with Neon (a managed Postgres provider). Daily backups. We're compliant with Ghana's Data Protection Act (Act 843). We never share or sell your data — see our Privacy Policy.
Do you support multiple companies under one account?+
Yes. You can run several businesses (e.g. your retail shop + your consulting side-hustle) under separate organizations in Izzi Manager, all from the same login. Each organization is billed separately.
