These Terms govern your use of Izzi Manager (the "Service"), operated by Izzikart Limited ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in Ghana. By signing up you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away at security@izzimanager.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Subscription, billing and cancellation
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription billed through Paystack. Free trials last 30 days from signup, and no card is required. After the trial, your selected plan starts.
You can cancel any time from Settings, then Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months after the first 7 days following an upgrade.
3. Your data
You own your data. We store it on Neon (managed Postgres) with daily backups. You can export everything as Excel or PDF at any time. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days, then delete it permanently.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or spam; (b) reverse engineer or try to bypass plan limits; (c) host content that breaks Ghana law or infringes intellectual property; (d) try to access other customers' data.
5. Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime on the Starter and Growth plans, 99.9% on Pro, and a contractual SLA on Enterprise. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on the status page and by email.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghana law, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes are emailed at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes go to the High Court of Justice (Commercial Division) in Accra.
