Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Izzi Manager (the “Service”), operated by Izzikart Limited (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Ghana. By signing up you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at security@izzimanager.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Subscription, billing & cancellation

The Service is provided on a monthly subscription billed via Paystack. Free trials are 30 days from signup, no card required. After the trial, your selected plan kicks in.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You retain access until the end of the period you've paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months after the first 7 days following an upgrade.

3. Your data

You own your data. We store it on Neon (managed Postgres) with daily backups. You can export everything as Excel or PDF at any time. After cancellation we retain your data for 30 days, then permanently delete.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or spam; (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass plan gates; (c) host content that violates Ghana law or infringes intellectual property; (d) attempt to access other tenants' data.

5. Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime on Starter and Growth plans, 99.9% on Pro, and a contractual SLA on Enterprise. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via the status page and email.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghana law, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes are emailed at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes go to the High Court of Justice (Commercial Division) in Accra.
