Paystack
We use Paystack as our payment processor. You can pay with Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer, or Mobile Money. Receipts come from us with VAT included.
Trial → paid
Your 30-day trial starts the moment you sign up. We email you 3 days before it ends. Add a payment method any time during the trial — you only get charged after Day 30.
Upgrades
Upgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Change is immediate and we prorate the difference for the current billing cycle.
Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose features mid-month.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We give you 30 days to export your data after that.
Refunds
Pro-rated refunds for downgrades within the first 7 days of an upgrade. After that, no refunds for partial periods — but you keep using the higher tier for the rest of the cycle.
