Connect your WhatsApp Business Account
You'll need a Meta Business Account with a verified WhatsApp Business number. Settings → WhatsApp → Connect. We walk you through the credentials in Meta's developer console.
Multi-agent presence
Every team member with the WhatsApp permission shows up on the inbox roster. Each can tap-in or tap-out to signal availability. The inbox shows who's on duty in real time.
Away message
When everyone taps out (or after hours), incoming messages get an auto-reply you configure in Settings → WhatsApp → Away message. Throttled per contact so customers don't get spammed.
Mobile
The inbox works just as well on phone. Install the PWA from the browser's "Add to home screen" prompt.
